1. How do I book an airport taxi?

You can easily book your ride through our website (booking tool), our app, or by phone. Simply enter your personal details, the pick-up or drop-off address, the date, and the time. Your booking will be processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation via email.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), Twint, and cash payments.

3. How much does an airport transfer cost?

The costs vary depending on the distance and additional services. Our prices are transparent - you can quickly and easily calculate the exact price for your ride on our website.

4. What happens if my flight is delayed?

Don’t worry, we monitor flight times in real-time. If your flight arrives late and you have a confirmation code, you can use it to get into the next available taxi throughout the day. If you have booked a pickup service, we will adjust to the new arrival time.

5. How do I recognize my driver at the airport?

If you have booked a pickup service, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. For a standard booking, just follow the taxi signs outside and find our taxis there. Get into the next available taxi and give the driver your confirmation code.

6. Can I book a transfer for a group?

Yes, we offer various types of vehicles suitable for groups of different sizes. Besides regular cars, we also have vehicles that can accommodate up to 7 people.

7. What if I want to make additional stops?

No problem! Please contact us in advance by phone or discuss this directly with the driver. Additional fees may apply for extra stops.

8. Can I request a child seat?

Of course, safety is our top priority. At the airport, we always have child seats available for you to use free of charge. For transfers to the airport, however, there are costs for providing the child seats. You can simply indicate whether and how many child seats are needed when booking through our website.

9. How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by phone or email. There are no cancellation fees. However, please note that the full amount will be charged if you do not show up for a pickup.
